Questions we're asked a lot

How does the quote visit work?

We pop round for a free, no-obligation visit — usually 15–20 minutes. We look at what needs doing, agree the hours needed and the number of cleaners, and confirm a schedule that suits you. You get your quote there and then, personally from the owner.

Do I need to be home while you clean?

No — many of our customers are out. Our staff are reference-checked and trained, and if you're out they'll leave your home carefully secured.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

For office cleaning we provide supplies. For home cleaning we'll agree what works best at your quote visit — we're happy to use your preferred products.

Will I get the same cleaner each time?

Yes — regular customers get a regular cleaner at a set time each week, so you always know who's coming and when.

What if I go on holiday?

Just pause your cleans from your online account (or give us a ring) — your regular slot is kept for when you're back.
