Website terms of use

About us

This website is operated by Bliss Clean Group Ltd (company no. 16124761), trading as Bliss Cleaning. Registered office: 157 Christchurch Road, West Parley, Ferndown, BH22 8TA.

Quotes and estimates

Nothing on this website is a fixed price or a contractual offer. Requesting a quote visit places no obligation on you or on us. A binding agreement for cleaning services only arises once we have visited your home or premises, agreed the hours, the number of cleaners and a schedule with you, and you have accepted our written or verbal quotation.

Customer accounts

The customer area is for active Bliss customers. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Booking, editing or cancelling a break through your account is a request to change your schedule; we will confirm it, and where a change is made at very short notice we may not be able to action it before the next visit — if in doubt, call us.

Job applications

Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship. You confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you have the consent of any referees you name.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse this website — including submitting false enquiries or applications, attempting to access other users' data, or interfering with the site's operation.

Liability

The content of this site is provided for general information. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate but exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on it, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our liability for cleaning services is dealt with in the service agreement we make with you, not these website terms.

General

We may update these terms and the website at any time. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. See also our privacy policy and cookie policy.
